Processing times

All orders are carefully assembled and shipped from our workshop located in Quebec, Canada, within 3 to 5 business days of confirmation.
Each parcel is checked, inspected and carefully packaged, in accordance with our most demanding quality standards.

Delivery zones

We deliver exclusively to Canada and the United States.
Shipping to the United States — Fees included:
Prices shown for deliveries to the United States usually include all applicable customs duties and import tariffs.
No additional fees are usually required upon delivery.
Casablanca Racquets Club ships in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) mode to offer a seamless experience with no unexpected charges.
However, exceptional charges related to specific customs or local regulations may, in rare cases, apply and remain beyond the control of Casablanca Racquets Club.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier:
Canada: 3 to 7 business days
United States: 7 to 14 business days
Please note that these delivery times are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand or due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of the package.
Delivery is free for all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).

Packaging

Each item is shipped in rigid packaging, signed CRC to ensure both the safety and elegance of your order.

Delivery delays or problems

Casablanca Racquets Club cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (weather conditions, customs delays, order volume, etc.).

Incorrect address or unclaimed package

Please ensure that the address provided is correct.
Any package returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed can be reshipped, with the costs borne by the customer.
