Return and Refund

We operate a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Conditions of eligibility for return

Item in the same condition as received: intact, unused, unworn and free from any alteration or deterioration, accompanied by all original tags, accessories and packaging. Any return not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Order number provided at time of purchase.

Return procedure

  2. Ship your package to the following address:

  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  4. No items returned without prior authorization will be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sale items are considered final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
